It's been awhile since we got together to discuss the comings and goings of our land, which means Jess definitely has another baby. Pop is celebrating his Marine Corps' 250th birthday by discussing the plague on mankind that is communism with his daughter, who never met a commie she didn't want to punch. Listen up listen-uppers to this latest and greatest episode of THE Pop n Jay show! 

Pop n Jess get together again to discuss the transcendentals and how they are being applied (and ignored) in our modern society. Are we a hare's breath from complete cultural collapse or will God be merciful on us with another American golden age? From reading OSHA safety regulations to insulting moral relativists, this philosophy sesh with Pop is a great way to spend a half hour. In analogizing the three points of contact on a ladder to our own preparedness for all life throws at us, Pop gives us all lots to consider here as we steer our ships to our ultimate destination. 

Some might say the standards are too low for those waiting for animated films that don't have propaganda seeping from every pixel, but we say WAHOOO! a good ol' fashioned romp through Rainbow Road is just what the Doctor Mario ordered! Join us for a light-hearted review of the biggest film of the year. 

Gloria in excelsis deo! In this episode, we talk to Pop about his novel, Guardian Dear,  and answer some hard hitting questions about the primary characters in that book: angels! We get into some touchy subjects, like the fact that humans can never be angels (or vice versa), whether angels have wings or not and if angels really are in the outfield. Alright, we never got to that last one, but there will be a part 2! Enjoy! 

Pop n Jay have a brief chat about the state of things in our land o' the free home of the depraved. Where do we go from here? What can we do? We chat about the  circus in Minnesota, the media malpractice, the disparagement of law enforcement and how we all can keep moving forward.
