После большого перерыва мы возвращаемся с новым выпуском подкаста «Магнитное Поле» – напоминаем, что у нас это у нас уже второй сезон! Его делаем мы, проект Завтракаст, совместно с IT-командой ритейлера Магнит, а цель у нас очень простая – рассказать вам в непринужденной атмосфере про крутые и важные штуки в мире современных прикладных информационных технологий. Мы уже поговорили про data governance, agile, комплексные архитектуры, IT HR, ecommerce и многое другое. Настало время обсудить реально необычный, но очень нужный современный подход к разработке платформ и программ внутри компании – InnerSource. Это как OpenSource, только внутренний, силами собственных команд, нужный для минимизации изобретений велосипедов при создании новых продуктов. Для этого к нам в гости пришел главный адепт InnerSource в Магните Владимир Дроздецкий, DevOps тимлид. Мы обсудили с ним общую концепцию такого подхода, насколько тяжело выстроить процессы, чтобы оно все работало, как это влияет на разработку, какую роль тут играет архитектурный комитет, а также что будет, если кто-то захочет сделать внутренний проект на Битриксе.
