original organizers of the Carolina Country Music Festival that has

been wildly successful. You're making Myrtle Beach expand their Cydney
limits for Pete's sake. You're trying to pack so many
people in with such a great lineup. Congratulations on that.

Well, yeah, thank you very much, Jonathan. We're very proud
going into our tenth year next year for Carolina Country
Music Fest. Outstanding festival every year at the Beach.

Well, I know your company also, you put on tremendous
events all up and down the Eastern Seaboard. I mean,
you guys are like the event kings of the Eastern Seaboard.
And one of the things we wanted you to talk
about specifically today is what goes on at Carolina Venture
World if you've ever been there, and we can talk
about all the different things you can do if you
book in enough time to do it, because it's huge.

The stage that we've had set up next to the
tavern has been for smaller acts. Now the thing that
you guys are doing with the Field is stream Music
Festival dot Com. This show is taking over an unbelievably
large area of Carolina Adventure World, not only the infrastructure
you guys have put in, and you have to because
you've got Eric Church coming for Pete's sake and Landy Wilson.

Congratulations on and thank you so much for taking this
part of Winsborough and expanding it. Everybody's going to have
an opportunity to come to this incredible event.

Yeah, I wanted to thank you guys for having me
on the show. Number one show in Columbia. We're very
proud to partner with you a little history Field and Stream.
It's one hundred and fifty year old iconic brand that
Morgan Wallen and Eric Church purchased a little over a
year ago and they're really trying to contemporize it and
bring the brand back to life. You know, it was

our fathers and grandfather's brand. One of the main tools
was Field and Stream Music Festival. So we're super proud
to partner with Morgan and Eric. It's going to be
one of the most unique festivals in the country, twenty
minutes right outside of Columbia. We want everyone in Columbia
to really embrace Field and Stream as their festival. As
a Columbia festival, it'll be world class artists and music

as well as the complete immersive outdoor experience. We're going
to be creating three distinct villages at Carolina Adventure World
for Field and Stream. We're going to have a fish
camp presented by Ugly Stick where you can do bass fishing.
They're going to have professionals they're doing fly fishing and
then fishing demos. We're going to have a hunt Club

presented by Onyx with the world's leading brands there that
festival goers can interact with. And we're going to have
an area that is fireside outdoors that's going to have
nightly music campfires where people can just get together, storytell
and so it's going to be festival during the day
and the night. People can go and plan their day

in the Hunt Club, the Fish Club, fireside outdoors. They're
going to be able to write eight guided tours on
ATVs and UTVs. We're gonna have Labrador retriever demos, fishing demos,
trophy bash fishing, go off site and do sporting, play shoots,
night archery. We're gonna have downhill mountain biking. So it's
just going to be this whole immersive outdoor experience. And

you just happen to be at a huge music festival
which is going to be really unique and a great time.

opportunity to meet you before, but I'm very excited about
what you're putting together with the Field and Stream Music fest.
And you mentioned in the beginning that Eric Church is
one of the two owners of the Field and Stream brand. Now,
so I imagine, but I don't know. That's why I'm asking you.
When Eric Church says I want to put on a
festival and he contacts you, is it just so easy

to start getting these superstars like Lan Wilson and Riley
Green and everybody's co signing to become here, or is
there a little work behind the scenes.

Well, there's always work behind the scenes. As Jonathan started,
you know, we have a very successful festival model, and
we have great relationship with Nashville. But anytime you have
Eric Church and Morgan Wallen owning a brand and putting
the festival on, it makes makes it a little easier
for the other artists to get involved. We put some
more artists out today, but you know, Lady Wilson, Leonard

Skinner at Eric Church, Eazy Top, Riley Green, Bailey, Zimmerman, Shaboozie.
It's going to be action packed every day with just outstanding,
world class talent.

And you know what's amazing is I'm thinking of my
mind as you're talking and what every church really wanted
to do with Morgan Wahlin with the Field and Stream
Music Fest. Based on the backdrop of Field and Stream.
I mean here in South Carolina, we got some great
outdoor events. You got Dougson Limited, a couple level DNR
sponsored events. But when you look at the total package
that you guys have put together, when you talk about

the demonstrations from honey to fishing, the skeet shooting, the
trail riding is which is what Carolina, bitch your world
is famous for with a backdrop of all these people
in their favorite music. This is going to give the
Carolina Music Festival to run for its money.

Brother, Yeah, yeah, yeah, they need a little competition.

So now people can buy tickets to the whole festival,
which goes three days, or they can just buy individual
day tickets.
Speaker 2 (05:20):
Yes, sir, so I'm on the website. I can go
on and purchase ga main Stage VIP which gives you
an area right up by the stage, and super VIP
which is all inclusive food and drinks for the whole weekend.
So you can buy three day, you can buy actually
two day, and you can buy one day. Being in
Columbia with our USC football team, We're actually going to

have an entire area to watch college football with TVs
on Saturday and Route USCN and all your favorite college
football teams. M you know, we're really going to have
a little bit for everyone at the festival.

This a little bit behind the scenes. Maybe it's a
little bit of a tip. Did we offer the governor
a special box or a special treatment so we can
get our bridge fixed off of seventy seven and we
still got to go up the extra mile and a
half and come back around.

We hosted a fundraiser for Governor McMaster, who we're big
fans of, and he really embraced Carolina Adventure World because,
you know, the seventy seven Corridor, there's really nothing you
know until you get to North Carolina. So he loved
the fact South Carolina has the beautiful beaches, but he
really embraced the fact that Carolina Adventure World beautiful facility

twenty six hundred acres, you know, had to offer from
a tourism standpoint. So yeah, he has been very supportive
and most likely it's on his calendar.

I'll put you on the spot. I didn't mean to.
That was really intended to be a joke, but you know,
the governor should embrace it because you're right. I don't
know if anybody is listing hasn't been to a Carolina
Venture World yet. If you're into ATV's four wheelers, side
by sides, motorcycles and that kind of thing, you literally
would have to go a weekend a month for about
six months to be able to cover every mile of

the trails how many total miles of riding trails or
at Carolina Venture World.

Yeah, purchased Carolina Adventure World during COVID and we've found
a ton of improvements. We have one hundred and twenty
miles of trails for UTVs ATVs, we have an entire
fleet of UTVs that you know you can come and
do guided tours. A beautiful, beautiful piece of property and yes,
you can ride for days and days and months and months.

Mike, I didn't know that you had owned Carolina Adventure World.
Did you also buy Myrtle Beach for the country.
