לירן רוטר, בן 46 נשוי לקרן ואבא לשני ילדים. משמש כמנכ"ל חברת תיירות ובמקביל יזם נדל''ן פעיל בארה"ב. את צעדיו הראשונים עשה לפני 6 שנים. הם הבינו שכדי לייצר עתיד טוב יותר להם ולמשפחתם, עליהם לחשוב מחוץ לקופסה ולהעז. וכך החלו ללמוד יזמות נדל''ן במסלול לימודי, אותו עשה עם אשתו - קרן. בששת השנים האחרונות הספיק לסגור עשרות עסקאות, לייצר פורטפוליו מניב לתא המשפחתי שלו ולמשקיעים אחרים שרצו לייצר תוספת הכנסה מנדל"ן מניב בארה"ב. כיום הם פעילים בשוק של מילווקי, ארה"ב ובוחנים כניסה גם לשוק נוסף. הפעילות הנדל"נית שלו נעשת במקביל לעיסוקים האחרים שלו. הוא מצליח לשלב בין שני עולמות שונים אותם הוא אוהב.
