יזמית השבוע - נטלי ירושלמי - השקעות נדל"ן בארצות הברית
על נטלי: היום אנחנו מארחים את נטלי ירושלמי, יזמת נדל”ן שהתחילה את דרכה ללא כל רקע בתחום, ועברה מהשקעות בפליפים לפיתוח קרקעות ובנייה חדשה. בשש השנים האחרונות היא מתמקדת בפיתוח קרקעות חקלאיות גדולות והפיכתן לקרקע למגורים ומסחר בדרום טקסס. בעבר כיהנה כמנכ”לית של חברת סיעוד גדולה בישראל, עם ניסיון רב בניהול והרחבת חברות. כיום היא מנטורית בתוכנית נדל”ן, מנהלת חברת נדל”ן מצליחה יחד עם שותפים, וגם מתנדבת בעמותה הנפלאה ‘קשר השותפות’. בנוסף לכל זה, היא אמא גאה לתאומים.
