Humility is the virtue associated with The Beatitude, “Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven” (Matthew 5:3).
Lord, I am not worthy…and I am so glad! This disposition of unworthiness is actually a beautiful place to be - it is Your strength Lord that we need. In God’s eyes, we are enough. He wants to transform us! Let’s look to God for everything we need spiritually, physically, and emotionally. We will find true joy when we in allow His strength to carry us. The more we grow in the virtue of humility, the more we are at peace and able to grow closer to God.
In this episode, we unlock the beauty of humility. Humility is the root and foundation of all other virtues since it is in humility that we become detached from our prideful will allowing us to become beautifully attached to God’s perfect will!
