这一期，我们想抛出一个问题： 在人生里，最让你困扰的是什么？ 在这个世界上，做事往往不难， 难的是事情背后错综复杂的人情世故， 以及那些无法轻易安放的情绪与焦虑。 我们常常以为自己很理性， 却没察觉那理性里藏着主观的假设。 一旦我们预设——“他不爱我”， 就能轻易找到无数个理由来证明这一点。 或许，真正困扰我们的， 不是世界的复杂， 而是我们看世界的那副眼镜。

那天小潘潘突然来了感觉，分享了一篇文字：人生没有输赢，只是我们为选择负责而已。
我们都太容易困在二元框架里：是谁对谁错？是不是我做错了，所以才要承受这些？为什么没有人理解我的想法？这些问题反复纠缠，只会让人消耗，甚至一步步钻进牛角尖。与其说“对错”，不如说“谁愿意为自己的选择买单”。
不是谁害了我，而是我选择了什么角色，别人也选择了他们的角色。
这其实也是一种力量—— 承受得起，就能走下去；承受不了，就要改方向。 没有绝对的输赢，只有能不能心安。
