طاهر بدخشی و درنگی بر اندیشه حل عادلانه مساله ملی در افغانستان
هشتم عقرب مصادف با اعدام طاهر بدخشی، از روشن‌فکران انقلابی و رهبران چپ‌گرا در افغانستان، بود. او که از بنیان‌گذاران حزب دموکراتیک خلق شمرده می‌شود، در ادامه بنابر اختلاف‌هایی از این حزب جدا شد و سپس از سوی حفیظ‌الله امین در زندان پل‌چرخی به قتل رسید. بدخشی بیش‌تر به دلیل طرح اندیشه ستم ملی در تاریخ کشور جا گرفت و تا پایان عمرش برای آن مبارزه کرد.
