On pourrait dire de lui qu’il semble avoir brûlé les étapes. 3 étoiles à 36 ans et une carrière fulgurante, le succès de Fabien Ferré ne doit pourtant rien au hasard. Ce Bourguignon d’origine et méditerranéen d’adoption a repris les rênes du Castellet en 2023 à la suite de son mentor Christophe Bacquié, décrochant dans la foulée la distinction suprême du guide Michelin.
Sur le papier, tout semble lui réussir, mais la vie ne l’a pourtant pas épargné, quand, à la vingtaine, il est victime d’un AVC. Résilience, discipline et force de caractère, autant de qualités qui lui permettront de rebondir plus haut et plus fort.
