In this Abounding Love episode, I share what the term "The Word of God" means. In John 1:1, we find: "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God." Then in John 1:14, we find: "And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth." And in John 1:16-17, he states: "And of His fullness we have all received, and grace for grace. For the law was given through Moses, but grace and truth came through Jesus Christ." This message is divided into three (3) parts: 1) The Word of God, God in the beginning; 2) The Word of God, Jesus Christ, who came to redeem us from our sins; and 3) The Word of God that lives and resides within us through the anointing of the Holy Spirit. The Word was perfect in the beginning; the Word was perfect in Jesus Christ; and now the Word is perfect in us. As you listen to this podcast, you'll gain an understanding of these three aspects of God's Word. Join me as we look into other Scriptures as well, such as Psalms 107:20; 1 Timothy 3:16; Isaiah 9:6; John 17:17; and 1 Peter 1:23. Selah! CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist
It’s 1996 in rural North Carolina, and an oddball crew makes history when they pull off America’s third largest cash heist. But it’s all downhill from there. Join host Johnny Knoxville as he unspools a wild and woolly tale about a group of regular ‘ol folks who risked it all for a chance at a better life. CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist answers the question: what would you do with 17.3 million dollars? The answer includes diamond rings, mansions, velvet Elvis paintings, plus a run for the border, murder-for-hire-plots, and FBI busts.
