The epidemic of gun violence and mass shootings that grips the nation is a problem that is not going away. Politics bitterly divided those who believe in gun rights’ against those who advocate ‘gun control’. But it’s not that simple. In the gun debate, Senator Zirkin interviews Mark Pennak, President and legal counsel to Maryland Shall Issue, a gun rights group that adheres to their strict interpretation of the the 2nd Amendment. Mr. Pennak is currently suing the State of Maryland on its recently passed gun legislation.
