Ajahn Brahmavamso ("Adžán"), autor knihy „Kráva, která plakala“, absolvent Univerzity v Cambridge, je buddhistický mnich a duchovní superstar. Přitom stále skromný, laskavý, autentický a vtipný. Žije v malé jeskyni uprostřed kláštera Bodhinyana nedaleko Perthu v Austrálii. Říká o sobě, že je "mnich, který má rád legraci" (fun loving monk).
