Husband, father, advisor, coach, mentor, speaker, community member, friend, runner, and podcast junkie.  Tom’s primary role is Associate Director for Graduate & Executive Programs in Business at Bowling Green State University.  He is very active in the local community:  Workforce Readiness Chair, Northwest Ohio HR Association (local SHRM chapter).  Tom is also a Board Member of Avenues for Autism, Leadership Toledo, and Owens Community College Foundation (alum).  He also works as a Moderator for the HRUnite! Group in Toledo area.
