Sophie is a licensed therapist and parent coach based in Denver, CO. Her passion and expertise lie in supporting highly sensitive children (and their parents) in harnessing their sensitivities into their superpowers. She is the founder of Rooted Rhythm Therapy and Parent Coaching, an organization that guides children and parents in a 12 week long program of play therapy and holistic parent coaching to find more ease and connection as a family.
Sophie is certified in play therapy, EMDR (eye movement desensitization reprocessing) therapy, and ketamine assisted psychotherapy. She has over 10 years of experience working closely with children and families in many settings, including the public school system, community based mental health programs, and now in private practice.
