The pace of art is, well, slow. Yes, Yes I know its not what you wanted to hear. And whilst we have all (at times) been engulfed in inspiration, striding through creativity with unrelenting force, creativity has a fundamentally slow pace. From the physical processes themselves to the ways we find inspiration and process and express our inner landscapes: it’s a long journey. A life-time in fact and one that benefits richly from slowing down and enjoying the ride as they say. Join host Liana Berry as she muses over the pace of art-making, the tension between expectation and reality and of course spending at least a few minutes mulling over the impact of social media and AI software. This episode is a well matched listen for anyone thinking they haven’t created enough or have missed the boat. There is still time and plenty of it!
