Dans ce cinquième épisode, l'équipe d'ADDM s'entretient avec André Fauteux, éditeur et rédacteur en chef du magazine La maison du 21e siècle, un incontournable depuis 1994 dans le milieu du bâtiment sain, écologique et performant au Québec. Journaliste de formation ayant travaillé au quotidien The Gazette en 1988, puis à l'hebdomadaire Habitec de 1989 à 1994, il a collaboré régulièrement avec différents médias, dont La Presse.
André fait partie des experts enseignants chez Solution Era et il participe activement à la promotion du bâtiment sain et écologique aux travers de différents évènements, telle la Foire Écosphère, un évènement commercial en lien avec les pratiques technologiques vertes.
