Bald Leadership is just not about our “hair-styles”! It’s about having authentic, bold and frank discussions about what is really needed to grow into an impactful leader regardless of who you are. It’s about “Inspiring, curating and supporting the next generation of leadership” in business, sport, political and social fields. Get used to laughing a bit with humour and story telling, grounded in the research of others. This is the foundation of our show and dialogues. Through discussions with other leaders, authors, and researchers, we uncover hidden truths about developing as a better leaders in a time when leadership is needed most... always with a touch of fun.

Well, this was a cool one. Valerie Sluth is really well known as founder of Saskatchewan based Praxis Consulting, Saskatchewan’s largest independently owned management and strategy consultancy firm. She’s also a super engaged community member who has led chambers of commerce, been a student coach, and inspirer of female entrepreneurs. She also has nice hair (we might be a touch jealous).
