Male loneliness, patriarchy, and wholeness - with Daniel Bilog

My friend Daniel joins me to share his journey growing up as a male without understanding the language of emotions and somatics while also being taught to view women as objects. We discuss how the lack of these languages created lack of deep connection between men and loneliness. We go on to explore the harm of patriarchy and how we've learned to come into more wholeness in our journey of healing and growing.
