Do you have to have a great Facebook Ad Strategy or know the Facebook algorithm inside and out?

I want to introduce you to my friend and one of my new business partners Jacob Beau.

Jacob was contracted and personally trained by Facebook to run ads for some of Facebook’s best advertisers. Clients like Salesforce, Bell Helmets, New Balance, HP, MGM Grand, Open Table, and Intuit. Cream of the Crop.

Since he had a lot of connections in the scene he was able to leverage that and start producing high-end films, explainer videos, and commercials for some of the biggest Silicon Valley tech companies like Eventbrite, Uber, and Salesforce. Eventually, Jacob caught the right people's attention and landed a contract position at Facebook creating ads for their biggest advertisers like Opentable, Cheetos, Pottery Barn, QuickBooks, United Airlines ect…

Jacob's whole company was scaled basically out of that contract where Facebook's demand for more ad creators grew and Jacob was able to bring in a bigger and bigger staff to support the growing role.

So initially Jacob's growing team was brought in as film and motion graphic designers but they quickly learned everything there is to know about marketing on the Facebook and Instagram platforms because what they learned was that creative ideas and marketing strategies are intrinsically linked. You need both of these things constantly working in harmony to produce positive results.
