However, I was approached by a company called Normatim
It's a company that produces a product that claims to work as an over-the-counter
anti-depression medicine

And so I'm pleased to have a partnership with them
Now I'm not under any contract with them. So I want your opinion
I can't take lithium because it made me super depressed and
Suicidal so but I've heard it works miracles for other people
I've heard great things about them, one of the things that I really liked about them

The and one of the reasons I started taking it
Is because it's a more natural occurring
medicine
But it just didn't work for me
That being said please if you do decide to try this product, please consult your doctor first

They don't claim to cure depression and nor do I
And I would never support anything they claim such a thing
Without any kind of extensive research
If they come to me and completely said hey, no look we have the magic cure pill
I wouldn't have even considered supporting them
But I've gone back and forth with them a little bit, and we've kind of worked out that I

Think this is a product that I feel comfortable at least presenting to you so that you can
Do a little bit of your own research and maybe
You know find out if it works for you
Um, like I said, I would talk to your doctor first that would be the number one thing to do
Um, and see if they've even heard of it. If not, you know, maybe bring some information to them so that you can say hey look

This is the information I have on you know, generally your doctors will do a little bit of research for you
On new medicines, you know, or they've at least heard of them
So you could always try that, you know, and see if it's something they recommend
Um, some of the benefits of normatum are
There's a lot of them and I just picked out a bunch, but I'm just gonna list a few of them

Um, it's 12 times less toxic than other lithium compounds, which maybe it's something I could try, you know
I haven't I'm nervous to try lithium because of
my
Past history with it. So I again, I'm looking for your feedback so that I can give it to the company
You know on the other hand

The effective dose is 10 times lower than that in the case of other lithium compounds
It blocks
secretion of stress hormones which allows for adequate logical decision to be made
Even under acute stress the part of the brain that controls emotions happens to be the older part of the brain
It can send signals directly to the body affording

Avoiding the frontal lobe which controls logical thinking creating the fight or flight response
This is one of my best ones like this is the number one number one reason number one
Thing right here is that it improves memory by lowering levels of anxiety
depression and chronic stress
It reduces the effects of stress it keeps you emotionally balanced

Those are the things that I look for in any kind of medicine whenever I'm going through them with my doctor
And I'm like hey look these are you know, this is what's wrong with me and this is what I'd like to fix
And generally those are the things that we work on
It decreases anxiety by 35% on the hospital anxiety and depression scale
It works as an antidepressant lowering that level of depression about 39% on the Hamilton anxiety rating scale and

And
There's no known or expected side effects. So
They claim that they say that there's no side effects. That's not a given guaranteed for everybody
