The 2025 NFL Draft was a total disgrace this year. Nasty work unprecedented. The deliberate exclusion of Shedeur in the first and second rounds of the draft was disgusting and diabolical. And for what? Because you dislike his father? His father's influence? Because he's flashy? Because they're confident? Shouldn't it based on his skill set? His ability to make plays and win championships? Only pure hate and envy could make an entire organization forfeit, overlook or defy the rules across the board for self serving reasons. This is a prime example of systematic and institutional racism. Although the NFL is approximately 53% black, blacks are marginalized, kept in specific roles (the players) and grossly underrepresented in coaching positions. To blackball a young black man to "humble" him because you're not comfortable with his confidence or because you're scared that his father will disrupt your agenda is symbolic of an era in history that birthed Jim Crow laws. Just doing nasty things just because you're in power and able to do so for the sake of proving a point or humbling someone....sh$# makes no sense. Let's talk about it! Let's go!
