Despite our best efforts to ‘wipe our feet’ of our personal life on the doorway before we go into work, the reality is that this does not occur and that we take all of us to work – the good bits, the untidy bits, the contradictory bits; whether we like it all not. But when the typical workplace is only set up to deal with a small part of All That We Are, how does this play out? What is the impact on the individual?
