When I first heard the phrase "Depression can sometimes be repressed anger", it was like the stars aligned. I couldn't unsee the things I was angry about, but often I was told that "that's just how it is" or that there are bigger problems or that it wasn't actually a problem so I would then try not to be angry and would then find myself on the slippery slope down to feeling like there was no hope.
In this episode I share how this has come up for me and some tips and tricks on how to work through it.
