For who maketh thee to differ from another? and what hast thou that thou didst not receive? now if thou didst receive it, why dost thou glory, as if thou hadst not received it? (I Cor. 4:7)

(This podcast was previously recorded and published on November 30, 2020)   Jesus Ministries, Joan Boney  ...   It is God who created each of us as HE wills.  One differs from another as we fulfill the will of God and our purpose on this present earth.   And we function as one body when we belong to God and have the Spirit of God.   Paul tells us to stay in the place where we are called by God.   Make your calling and election sure.   We are God workman, created by God, to do HIS will.   But some fill their lives by trying to copy other people instead of being created by God.  And Jude calls them "mockers".   Jude 17-20  But, beloved, remember ye the words which were spoken before of the apostles of our Lord Jesus Christ;  How that they told you there should be mockers  (imitators) in the last time, who should walk after their own ungodly lusts.  These be they who separate themselves, sensual, having not the Spirit.  But ye, beloved, building up yourselves on your most holy faith ...   As the body of Christ we have different purposes, different functions in the body.   Know what you are!  Serve in those gifts given you by God.   💥💥💥💥💥   * For writings on additional subjects, click here:  Jesus Ministries Exhortations Blog
