Anne Wellde is the National Director of Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses, a $750 million commitment to catalyze the growth of America’s small business community. Anne is responsible for developing and executing the strategy to reach small business owners in rural and urban communities across the United States. Prior to her current role, Anne was the deputy director of 10,000 Small Businesses and previously, served as the chief operating officer for a healthcare technology company focused on developing cancer therapeutics. Anne earned a bachelor’s degree in government from Georgetown University and a master’s degree in public health from Johns Hopkins University. She is also an Atlantic Council 2023 Millennium Leadership Fellow.
