She came with her family to Palm Harbor, Florida. Ana tells us how her experience was when she moved to Palm Harbor. “No traffic; I have to go to Clearwater school because there were no school in Palm Harbor,” Ana said. Ana became a Realtor® in the mid-2000s. She had one thing in mind: to bring the dream of homeownership to those coming from other countries to the United States and work with many to achieve this dream. Ana has taught real estate practices and techniques to many agents in the business. She also has extensive training on the real estate appraisal and consulting side, which has earned her the respect of many peers in this industry. Ana worked for many brokers before opening her real estate and broker agency, BluMar Realty Inc. Her initiative to start her agency began with her husband. He has a lot of experience in the real estate market. She has taken all the good she learned from her previous experience with other companies and implemented it in her own company. Ana herself also has an extensive list of designations and certifications awarded by the National Association of Realtors® and she prides herself on bringing her knowledge and experience to all of her clients to provide them with exceptional customer service. Ana shares some tips for those people that are going to start a new chapter in their lives in the United States:
