Hey guys on today’s show I had the pleasure of speaking with Carlos Yoneliunas all about starting and scaling a successful Short term rental business.
Carlos first STR was driven by the desire to help his mom.
She owned a condo that wasn’t cash flowing and it was underwater each month.
By turning it into a STR they were able to more then double the monthly rents
from $1200 per month to $2500-3000 per month
