Once again we’re taking a break from the parallel universe of 80s metal, and delving into Q, The Modern Guide To Music and More, from 1992, so we’re on the back foot straight away as everything is spelled correctly. There’s news about Prince and Craig McLachlan, and ABBA are back, back, back etc. This leads us to talk about the brilliance of Erasure, and tribute bands.

Along the way we’re talking Mel B / G / Scary Spice, a surprising revelation about Don’t Tell Mom The Babysitter’s Dead, and the continuing subplot of a Billy Wirth obsession. which is a very beautiful
pairing um two very beautiful people I
feel like she I can genuinely only be

mom's apparently gone for the entire
summer which is like three months and
they're going to starve to death
otherwise she has to get a job and so of
course she gets a job at like a fashion
industry um and she's really good at it

not to her but just is you know like I
work in an office um and then she's like
really good at a job because she's so
young and she's got all these fresh new
ideas and everyone thinks she's so old

waster cuz he listens to metal obviously
but not on the soundtrack apparently and
he's just hanging out with his friends

seriously you know because he's a
teenager and it's summer um but so she

see him he'd be with his friends like
just messing about and I've got a

with um various other things because
this happens a lot because that this
happens in the same scenes happen in
um oh gosh I've complet the the BBS with
KY Felman he's like a metal head and he
hangs around her wasters and it's you
know they're they're you're a was and

your friends are wasters what are you
going to do with your life it's that
whole thing um so it's if you've seen
the BS you've basically seen this the
metal scenes in um came out the same
time don't tell babysit dead yeah but
then spoiler alert um he um cuts his
hair and um becomes a really good cook

show that they end up throwing in her
back Garden um for the big fashion house
thing and it goes like really really

sold this podcast better than I've ever
been able to do and basically I can't
understand why I genuinely can't
understand why anyone would do that
because it seems insane like honestly I
don't mean that in a insulting way to

them the upshot of it was that oh they
review karang but kind of they don't
really get to karang for ages and I'm
like yes that is exactly our thing I
think where we now into today's is that
15 minutes yeah we've been talking about
don't tell M the babysit is dead

um I I desperately try and keep things
somewhat somewhat related and it it was
the metal guy in that that's not how it
started but she but also the metal guy
in that and the lead actress in it also
dated Billy worth from Lost Boys so
that's pretty metal there there's
nothing not metal about this is what I'm

members of Kiss I'm I'm a lightweight
I've only read Paul Stanley's but
they've read all four and they've got a

um there's a there's an ad for even

on Prince's antibod and tour C page 62 a
proper ER of mystery and Intrigue in
regard to female Liaisons both artistic
and social was carefully maintained

to earlier official statements she had
indeed recorded with Prince though it
was unclear whether the results would
appear asked to confirm or deny the
starry conjunction two senior purple

recorded something with Kate Bush but I
don't think that's ever come to life has
it is that in the vault I think so yeah

guitarist Paul Stanley the hero of his
teens together they wrote a track called

I wanted to get into the new Originals
