The City of Waupaca is reminding property owners that the 2026 assessment roll will be available for review during Open Book sessions beginning tomorrow. Open Book gives residents a chance to review their property assessment and ask questions before the Board of Review meets on June 10th at City Hall. Waupaca City Council, Tuesday evening, appointed the city’s next Finance Director.  Greg Grohman, who currently serves as the joint grant writer for the City, School District and Chamber of Commerce will move into the city’s Finance Director role in early June.  Grohman replaces Stephanie Reif who resigned the finance director position in March.
