meeting held on
Tuesday, May 27, 2025. The
following items were approved during the
meeting. Approved
resolution authorizing the assessment

$17,038.91 for unpaid
water service, sewer service,
and stormwater service charges for the
month of January, 2025.
Approved resolution for
the settlement agreement totaling $49,900
in the matter of Marcos
Orozco, employee claimant

for a 2019 workers compensation claim.
Approved resolution approving and
providing comments to
the proposed gates identified in Exhibit
1 for security of the
pedestrian walk away at the
water view towers condominium as required
by the settlement
agreement and walk away easement
agreement. Approved in ordinance after

the first public hearing
for a privately initiated text
amendment to Chapter 94 zoning and land
development regulations Article 4 and
Article 19 to provide
additional standards for hospital use
within the downtown master
plan and to further clarify the
existing definitions for hospitals.

amend the Rosemary Square
core development regulations to expand
the boundary of the
Rosemary Square core to include

the B block of a hibiscus garage and two,
to create the hibiscus garage sub area
covering the expanded
area and three, to reestablish City Place
to replace Rosemary
Square nomenclature. The mayor
and city commission approved an appeal of
the historic preservation
board's decision in case

Anthony of turn two
construction LLC for the approval of a
certificate of appropriateness for the
construction of a new single family house
at 816 Third Street.
Approved an ordinance after second public
hearing amending the City
of West Palm Beach code of

ordinances at chapter 86 traffic and
parking creating article
seven mobility fee sections 86 500
through 5 16 establishing a mobility fee
benefit district and
providing for the establishment of a
mobility fee fund account. Approved
resolution authorizing the
amendment of a current fiscal year

2024 through 2025 American Rescue Plan
Act grant funds to close fund 126 and
move cash carry forward
balances to fund 326 and reallocate
budget appropriations to
cover increased cost of
EMS rescue vehicles and fire trucks.

restating the investment
policy to comply with statutory
requirements and establish the city's
authorized investment
practices. Approved resolution
authorizing a license
agreement with the Palm Beach eventer

supplemental funding from the
state of Florida state financial
assistance for fentanyl eradication
initiative in the amount of
103 000 to assist in conducting complex

a revenue account to recognize receipts
