She has a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree from Texas Tech University and is a board-certified nurse executive (NEA-BC) and Certified Healthcare Quality Professional (CPHQ). Sue is a director at The University of Texas MD Anderson, where she created the concept of a wellness program for a workforce of over 4,000 nurses and is a wellness champion throughout the institution.
