Ethan is a Therapist and Author and a Speaker on Mental Health issues and has developed a Media career to help keep the issue in the public mind.

‘Instead of telling men to talk, we need to: 1. Show them what healthy connection looks like. 2. Model vulnerability in our own lives. 3. Reach out first—because most guys won’t. This shift could save lives.’
