Welcome to Compassiviste Dialogues. I'm Ali, your host, and my mission with this podcast is to shed light on critical social and environmental issues worldwide, exploring avenues for positive change.

In this episode of Compassiviste Dialogues, host Ali Horriyat sits down with author and Army veteran Allison Wittenberg to discuss her newest novel Killing the Father of Our Country.

Allison opens up about her military experience, family history, and how domestic violence and generational trauma shaped her writing. With deep reflection and candid storytelling, she explores what it means to truly heal through acceptance, community, and compassion.
