Since I’ve started doing 75 Hard, there have been so many parts that I love, like how it motivates me to work out and how much better I feel when I’m not drinking. However, there are also parts that make me quite nervous. While it’s easy to stay motivated now with 75 Hard, will I be able to stay motivated without it? Lately I’ve been really trying to embrace the slick-back hair, clean-girl aesthetic. This attempt has only been exacerbated by my recent incident where I cut my finger, and am no longer able to wash my hair for a few days. We’re making it work, though, and I’ve even added bows to really tie my hair together.
I recently bought Rene and myself an Oura ring and it’s been super cool to see what it’s told me so far about myself! If you have an Oura ring, let me know your thoughts on it!
