Adia Thompson White is a life coach, keynote speaker who is dedicated to helping women overcome overwhelm, step into their purpose, and create a life they love. 

 

Adia's journey is one of resilience and self-discovery. Following a major depressive episode in 2018, she embarked on a path of healing through therapy, medication, and the power of prayer. 

 

Her personal journey has allowed her to develop invaluable tools to live a life she loves. She has courageously shared her transformative healing journey on social media and her story serves as a beacon of hope and inspiring others to embark on their own healthing journey. 

 

Through her life coaching expertise, she encourages individuals to find purpose, overcome obstacles, and ultimately create a life that resonates with their deepest desires.
