Welcome to a journey where we learn to appreciate the power of positivity by unlocking spherical awareness through mindful meditation. In this episode, you will be guided to respect the body's wisdom, trusting its guidance as you fill yourself with positivity. This transformative process alters your perception, enabling you to confront life's challenges with a renewed perspective.

By meditating on our surroundings and internal state, we can calm our instinctive fight-flight-freeze responses, paving the way for enhanced generosity and self-love. As we delve deeper into meditation, we become more in tune with our senses, appreciating the subtleties of smell and taste, shedding tight control, and embracing the joy of simply being.

Through this process, we hope to help you not take life too seriously, echoing the innocence of young children and the authenticity of dogs, who don't pretend to be anything other than what they truly are. For it is in these real, organic moments that we learn to keep our inner innocence intact and cease to strive for a restrictive perfectionism that hinders our life energy.

By the end of this stimulating journey, we hope you would have embraced the freedom of being human, of making mistakes, and of just being you. This episode will also introduce you to Total Embodiment Daily Training (TEM Daily Training), a 15-minute meditative exercise conducted live daily, designed to help you start the day on a renewed note.

Alongside, TEM Group Coaching is also available for students who wish to embark on a more interactive meditation process. So, are you ready to see life through a prism of positivity? Dive into meditation, and remember to enjoy the process, because if you're not, it may simply mean you're taking life too seriously!

Good morning, good afternoon, good evening. Great to be with you all.
Let's allow the body to stretch itself out for a few minutes.
Feel the body respect and trust its guidance.

(00:21):
Wherever you are, whether you're stretching or seated, fill the body with positivity.
Use the breath to help with that process.
Trust the breath, trust the body's ability to use the breath to fill the body with positivity.

(00:41):
If you get this right, and you fill the body with positivity,
trusting the body to fill itself in sin, it'll change the way you see everything,
the way you interpret everything.
For example, right now, looking out the window into the forest,
there's a very, very ominous sky.
You'd look at it and go, well, that's not going to go well, but it feels adorable, which,

(01:10):
means there's an impact at an instinctive level. The fight-fight-freeze type
responses will be minimized.
Generosity will be maximum. Spend some more time. Can you get yourself to that state?
Not foolishness. As your eyes see the big picture, gently.

(01:35):
Notice the smell as you breathe, or as your body breathes.
Notice taste. What kind of taste do you detect?
Imagine the tongue could taste itself. Please don't bite it.

(02:00):
Become spherically aware if you're not already there.
You might alternate between an eyes open and eyes closed.
Savor the feeling. Enjoy the process. Try not to take yourself too seriously.

(02:23):
If you're not enjoying this process, it's not worth your time.
And if you're not enjoying this process it might mean you're not enjoying you
if you're not enjoying you you might be taking life too seriously and that's
probably not helpful for you or anybody take a breath enjoy,
sometimes we quote unquote spiritual teachers teachers not teachers spiritual

(02:45):
people really take things too seriously,
and maybe that's helpful allow the spherical awareness reflect on your usual
pattern are we too serious?
Are we enjoying ourselves, being ourselves?
Are we trying to manage perceptions, running away, telling people how they should

(03:10):
think could be, trying to perfect ourselves so tightly that we can hardly breathe?
It restricts our life energy to do that. that.
No, you're welcome to it. I've certainly done it. My fair share.
Can you just enjoy being and making mistakes?

(03:31):
Being a foolish human being.
I wonder if any of you have dogs. Dogs are great. They're just themselves.
They don't pretend to be anything other than they are. And that's beautiful.
It's also true of young children. It's enough.
Very young children. Until one day, that innocence is lost.

(03:56):
And why is that? Because people don't respect them and take advantage,
right? But at least keep the innocence with yourself.
Maybe. Isn't that an option? Don't wring it out of yourself.
I don't know where today's conversation came from, but I hope you find it helpful

(04:16):
in some way. Hope to see you in group coaching.
I'd like to introduce you to Total Embodiment Daily Training,
or what I call TEM Daily Training.
This is the way I train myself in meditation at the start of each day,
and I offer it to members of richardelhate.com.
You can find it on my course's page.

(04:38):
We meet live every day for 15 minutes, although those videos are recorded and
you could view them later if you couldn't attend live.
And we enjoy 15 minutes of many exercises and meditation that you might be completely unfamiliar.
Today's video, today's meditation, was simpler, but I believe also extremely

(05:00):
helpful and I'd like to share with you, to give you a sample of how TEM daily training works.
And at the end of the 15 minutes, you will also see what we call TEM group coaching.
And this is after the daily meditation, students who are alive who would like
to can attend group coaching.

(05:22):
And we coach them through the very same meditative process that they had earlier in the morning.
And this one one is more interactive or is interactive. So you might enjoy that.
I hope you enjoy the meditation and please like and share it with a friend.
