Days of our Lives spoilers spill that Sophia Choi (Rachel Boyd) uncovers a shocking revelation about her baby. The child, whom she believed belonged to a certain man, might have a different biological father. Sarah Horton (Cady McClain) informed Sophia that Rafe Hernandez's (Galen Gering) DNA test results did not match those of Tate Black (Leo Howard) and baby Tesoro. There are speculations that Aaron Greene (Louis Tomeo) is possibly the real father, following an incident from months ago involving Sophia, Tate, and a slice of cake.

DOOL spoilers divulge that Sophia, shocked by Sarah's accusations, is now faced with the challenge of confronting the truth about her baby's paternity. Tesoro is now officially up for adoption. Sophia's selfish actions have estranged her from Tate and Brady (Eric Martsolf), and Sarah is left with her hands tied, unable to disclose the truth to them.

Spoilers for Days of our Lives focus on who will adopt Sophia's baby. Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) and Chanel Dupree (Raven Bowens), despite Sophia's attempts to sabotage their adoption process, still stand a chance. Also, Aaron Greene, the potential biological father, might step up, with the support of his sisters, Cat Greene (AnnaLynne McCord) and Felicity Greene (Kennedy Garcia). 

More spoilers for DOOL twist as other contenders for the baby's guardianship emerge, including Amy Choi (Shi Ne Nielson), Tesoro's grandmother, and Javi Hernandez (Al Calderon) and Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart).
