Shomit has spent over 30 years studying ancient Indian, Chinese, Egyptian and shamanic systems of healing. He is also a trained hypnotherapist.

Lara was born in Lebanon, grew up in France and has been living in London since 1998. Lara is passionate about child welfare and well-being, as well as personal inner growth and a spiritual way of living; she has studied Neurolinguistic Programming, Hypnotherapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, and The 3 Principles by Sydney Banks.

Lara’s true calling in life is to help people be at peace with who they are, connect and align with their true callings and offer support by sharing all that she has learned through her years of self-work. she has overseen many charitable projects, Always keen to help where she can, Lara is also an ardent supporter of children wellbeing; having worked throughout her life to support underprivileged children, through various charities such as SOS Villages in Lebanon, the British Red Cross and the Speech Language & Hearing Centre in London and previously sitting on the Board of Save the Children; she now turns her focus to spiritual enlightenment and personal growth.

For many years Lara has studied and worked with leading spiritual teachers, which has led to her determination to help others find peace and balance.

A creative person at heart, Lara founded THE DEEPER I, which is committed to reaching communities from all walks of life to develop a better sense of self love, self confidence and awareness to help them trust themselves and trust Life in order to Thrive through the experience of living.
