Er landbruget klar til plantebøffer? Og kan linser blive ’de nye svin’?
15 bornholmske landmænd er gået sammen i Foods Bornholm om at udvikle og eksperimentere med nye, grønne afgrøder som linser, amaranth og kikærter. Men nogle af de nye afgrøder er lettere at dyrke end andre.
På Københavns Universitet spiller havre, ærter og hestebønner hovedrollen i forskningsprojektet AqriFood, som udvikler nye afgrøder, der både smager godt og kan betale sig.
Danske landmænd kan blive first movers i den grønne omstilling af fødevareproduktionen, men hvad skal der til? Hvad driver landmændene og forskerne bag de to projekter? Hensyn til klimaet? Folkesundheden? Eller pengene? Og er forbrugerne klar til at skifte svinekoteletten ud med linser og bønner?

The Brothers Ortiz
The Brothers Ortiz is the story of two brothers–both successful, but in very different ways.
