Cuando hablamos de centros educativos innovadores solemos pensar en tecnología y, con suerte, en metodologías activas que transforman las dinámicas del aula.
Pero la verdadera innovación, la transformación auténtica, sucede cuando e trabajo sucede sobre el contexto, el entorno, las familias, o el propio objetivo de trabajo del centro educativo e incluso el modo de conseguir que todas estas piezas encajen… y eso es tremendamente diferenciador. Y sí, existen estos centros. No son muchos pero son auténticos innovadores que día a día trabajan y repiensan sus prácticas y las conexiones que realizan con todas las personas involucradas: docentes, alumnado, familias.
Para hablarnos de estos centros educativos que existen en nuestro país nos hemos traído a Rodrigo Juan García que es doctor en Ciencias de la Educación y premio nacional de investigación educativa por el ministerio de educación y ciencia. Además, es miembro del Consejo Directivo de la Revista Internacional de Educación para la Justicia Social y autor del Blog 'Escuelas en red' que se publica en EL PAÍS dentro de su sección dedicada a la educación.
