Pastor Sergio talks to us about why the most important thing we can do is be transformed into more like the image of Jesus. We are destined to be more like Jesus! We can't get distracted. We don't chase blessings, blessings chase us. When we have voids in our life, it's a natural response to try to fill this void, but most fill the void with sin. We cannot fill the voids with sin! The displacement of one thing in your life will make room for another thing. We have to make room for God! To get more of God we have to displace some things. The old you has to die so the new you can take it's place. Whatever you give God, He will fill! As long as we keep things from God, He can't fill it. If we want to grow, we have to make room. Nothing happens by itself. Growth happens when we are uncomfortable. Life is lived on levels and experienced in stages. Spiritual life unfolds progressively, growing in understanding and clarity. The reason we can't forgive is because we can't mature in our relationship with the Lord. We can't want things at stages we're not at. Each stage and level in our life has it's own experiences attached to it. When we fully mature in Christ, we have a burden for the lost. As long as we're a child, we will move like a slave.
