it was really isolating because I didn't knowwho to ask or who to talk to.
I've seen it since my son has transitioned froma really cute mixed-race kid to now he looks
like a black teenager, a mixed-race teenagerand he's already when he was nine years old

he was profiled in the airport he was touchedin the airport without my permission and I
know why like I know why and I've had to tellhim his rights is that he can rhyme them off
to protect himself because you know that's anotherthing It's an institutional issue. These people
aren't getting trained. Why are they not gettingtrained to know that you do not touch any child

without the parent's permission?
I would say there was judgment. No one saidto me. There is a narrative which again really
important to bring to the table and it is fetishizationof mixed-race children. So the Kardashians
(01:46):
have them. They're really cute. I'm going tohave a cute baby, a cute brown baby and then
there's the objectification of black men. andnone of that sits well with me, obviously.
And so there was an element to that. And I'mnot that person, like I'm just not that person.
So that may have been in my mind, I may havebeen judging myself, maybe no one thought it

at all, but it's comments have been made like,and I even mixed it with Charlie, and that's
low black man, I hate those words coming outof my mouth, I really hate it because. This
