Lily has been on the path to self-discovery for many years, but a few years ago was the biggest leap.
She narrowed her life down to a few belongings and a backpack and traveled through India and Nepal for a year with Gaia guiding her soul.
The result was learning to trust her inner guidance. She booked two nights in a hotel and the rest of the year was guided moment to moment.
Through her experiences, she discovered the magic of sound bowls and chanting. Now she shares what she learned to support others on their journey of awakening.
