Life is hard. Its hard from the beginning, even before we have to learn about emotions and dealing with everyone around us. We have to make sure were 'fit' and healthy, so as not tot draw any judgment from others, we have to wear the right clothing , or drive the right car to give us a certain status or to impress our friends. If we go around trying to please everyone... We please no one. There's always an opposing side, meat-eaters and vegetarians, politically left and right, people who believe aliens built the pyramids and people that are wrong....we're joking, obviously... but you get the point. For every position there is an opposition.
Dealing with hate and judgment can be a daily chore we all have to do! This week expect to learn how to set boundaries. The best thing to focus on when fighting hate, proven ways to respond to hate that give you the upper hand and much more!
