Yatska Sokuleva spotted an impersonated Facebook account. She was able to not only link the fake profile photos to the real owner of the photographs, but also warn the other artists being approached by the scammers. The fake Facebook profile was under the name of Pamela Russel. However, the profile photos belonged to the Manitoba's Premier Heather Stefanson. All photos on the profile were added within the same day. Likes on the photos belonged to individuals located in Africa and the Philippines. The About section on the profile, contained crypto-related organizations, again added within one day. Likes section contained African Facebook pages.
