"I became a soldier, then became a student, then a level one Trauma nurse, I became a coach and a leader, and now I’m working on becoming a speaker. So the truth is, I have decided that courage is where I choose to live my life.
I won’t give up because I refuse to let fear hold me back.
This is a choice. I hear a lot of people say I’m scared and I just want to warmly smile at you. I know I’m scared often too, it’s an emotion that connects us all. That's why I don’t say I’m fear free, I say I’m courageous, and trust me, you can be too.
You don’t get what you won’t ask for; I have so many clients and individuals stuck in a position or a job because they do not believe they are worth asking for what they want. I have heard somewhere we have the life we believe we deserve, so until we shift our beliefs about ourselves, we stay stagnant. Let me say this clearly: You are worth the raise, you are worth the new position, and you are worth creating a life that creates joy."

"My name is Amy Frame; I am Registered Nurse; I left bedside about two years ago and pursued my own Coaching practice. While working in the ER, I saw so many individuals who were very sick and realized that our healthcare system was not supporting them. So it has become a mission of mine to support others in true healing. I am a Holistic Life Coach and Business Coach. I also work as a mentor for other nurses looking to start their private practice. I am an Army Veteran and spent one year overseas in Iraq. I have also burned my life to the ground intentionally and rebuilt it. It is my belief that all humans should do a trust fall at some time in their lives."
