In this episode I discuss how my personal life and professional life proved to be a bit challenging over the last several weeks. I discuss the interview process for a promotion with my former employer. I then explain how a PhD with a dissertation in conflict resolution did everything in their power to avoid conflict. I follow that up with how patience and perseverance proved to be invaluable in finding a new career opportunity. I remind people to go out and enjoy life and I end the show with the farewell "ZOT!"
