What is measure ULA and why do you believe it is a harmful policy to Los Angeles County? Why did this pass and how? Why does the opposition (for measure ULA) want this? Are they being honest or is there something more? It seems this type of policy starts some place then spills over. Will this expand throughout CA? Where are you at with the lawsuit?
