The hype across the globe is up and rightly so, baseball is back! Opening Day was a blast for many just not for New York Mets fans. 9th inning strikeout by Juan Soto but this is just the beginning. Competition is about to get real. With that said, the world leaders are competing with Trump and it appears the "Art of the Deal" may be working for the USA. Markets are weaker leading to lower interest rates and it's a matter of time to see if this will pay off. Interesting stats in home buying according to a survey by Knight Frank India, "While both Gen Z and Millennials express interest in homeownership, Millennials are currently the largest group of homebuyers, making up 38% of the market, while Gen Z, though eager, are still building their financial footing and entering the market."
