Tom is sinds 1996 directeur bij cultuurcentrum MUZE. Tom vertelt in deze aflevering over het te veilig programmeren van cultuurhuizen, het spreidingsvraagstuk en de opvoeding van onze kinderen. In het onderwijs ligt de nadruk te sterk op het cognitieve, op STEM-vakken, terwijl we het culturele en het sportieve uit het oog verliezen.
